Saturday was one great day! My wonderful husband treated me to a wonderful night out! When he got home from school we decided to go to the Springville Art Museum for some extra credit in Kyle's art class. It was fun going to the museum, I haven't been there in a long time. He had to write a review on one of the exhibits. Most were closed, or being redone, but we found one called Hard Times, An Artist's View. Really cool, if anyone wants to go see it.
Once we got home and got his paper all done, I asked what he wanted to do tonight. He said he had a couple ideas already. He told me to go get something pretty on and we would go out to dinner! He's so sweet! He took me to Olive Garden for dinner. It was Orem High School's prom as well, so we had to wait a while, but that didn't matter, we enjoyed looking at all the kids at prom and how dorky some of them were. Dinner was just wonderful! Nothing like Italian food to start off a wonderful evening. After dinner we decided to go see a movie because Kyle had some free tickets from work. We went and saw How to Train Your Dragon. Super cute movie! We loved it in 3D. Good movie for kids and adults!
I know this post may seem like I'm just blurting this all out, so sorry if it is unorganized. I just wanted to say how much I love my wonderful husband! He makes every day special and worth while! I'm so lucky to have him!

St. George with the Married kids!
For Spring Break we decided to go to St George! All of us married Applegate kids. Julie, Matt, Lincoln, Scott, Carlye, Kyle, and I all packed up and headed down for a great weekend of warmth and fun! Our weekend included golfing, shopping, hiking, and sushi! So much fun! I will have to add pictures later, once I get some copies from Julie! Silly me, forgot the camera...
I know this post is late, I've had it in my drafts to write about it for a good while!

A Week With the Girls
This past week Kyle and I got to go stay with Kaitie and Krissy while mom and dad were out of town. It was fun to spend some time with them! We watched movies, played games, ate good food, and even got out to go bowling!
The first night we were there didn't go so well. I started getting sick, just a head cold, nothing to serious, but it sure kept me from sleeping good. I was awake at 4am! So i decided at 5 I would go talk to Kaitlin before she left for cheer. That girl impresses me so much with her self disicpline! She is out the door by 5:30 for cheer almost everyday! She also likes to challenge herself. The current challenge is to not eat any meat until the end of the school year! That is one thing I could never do. I can hardly think of anything to cook that doesn't have meat in it! Props to her though, she is going strong!
Krissy is one amazing girl as well! She is crazy good at gymnastics and puts her whole self into everything she does. Krissy loves games! We played Monopoly several times this weekend, I kicked butt once and only once! I haven't played that game for years! I totally love having little sisters!!!
Kyle and I are pretty much the best lasagna makers in the world... well maybe not, but we do make a pretty awesome lasagna. We made lasagna from scratch! It was alot of fun! I love my Italian hubby!
